November 2010

This month started with national stress awareness day, my team and I carried out mini treatments on members of staff at Worthing Hospital.  The day was very successful and was we were welcomed with open arms and are hoping to make this a regular event at Wothing and St Richards Hospital.

We held our third Chocolate and Pamper Girls Night In event at the St Pauls Centre in Worthing.   It is our biggest Girls Night In event to date, where 100 ladies were pampered, enjoyed a hot supper and were entertained by the Killer Heelz. The night was a fantastic success, where we also carried out a "how to look good not naked" competition.  The winner of this competition was PC Karen Shaw.  Karen was treated to a style makeover with Gay Richardson, hair makeover with Montage and Make Up with leading make up artist Amanda J.

 December 2010

We welcomed two new Girls Nights In venues, The Muse in Arundel and the Wooden Belly in Brighton. We are very pleased with these new venues and you can look at the upcoming events for the dates at these new venues.

WORTHING BUSINESS AWARDS October 2010
Over the last 12 months I have been working exceptionally hard to promote wellbeing within the local area. This includes wellbeing at local businesses, schools and colleges for staff and pupils, introducing wellbeing at public events and Girls Nights in Events at new venues.

I am very passionate about building a service which includes a partnership with other small to medium sized businesses. In the last year I have more than doubled the Girls Nights in venues and taken on more public events. This has enabled me to offer more work to more therapists, local venues, local businesses and make contributions to charities.

I am please to announce that after all the hard work I was nominated by the public, short listed and have won the Business Marketing and Promotion award.
