Worthing Neighbourhood Care Alliance has had great pleasure in working in partnership with Debbie Stevens Wellbeing events for the last 2 years. Debbie is very professional, and has an abundance of energy and ideas. She supported us at our 2 "full of life" events for older people, that were held in Worthing, in the way of setting up a "pamper zone", consisting of over 20 stands offering a range of treatments to give older people a treat. This was organised by Debbie in such a professional manner, with a proper booking system and promotion for the whole event. Debbie also organised a "10 years younger" competition securing an outfit, hairstyling image consultant, makeup and photography all for free. We would like to thank Debbie for her expertise and all her hard work.

I just wanted to say a huge "thank you" for organising your team to come and visit the non-teaching staff at Farlington for our pamper evening. Everyone has come in today to say what a lovely time they all had! From the first point of contact, receiving the very informative Event Proposal through to the running of the actual event; your friendliness, care and professionalism just shone through. Also the fact that your team were able to adapt to our particular requirements was outstanding and for this we thank you so very much.

In November our Headteacher invited Debbie Stevens Wellbeing Events to visit our school. The Staff were asked to select from a number of treatments and consultations on offer. These included Indian Head Massage , Reflexology and Colour Me. All Treatments and consultations were carried out to the highest standards and were very well received by the teachers. It certainly put a different angle on an inset day and left us all feeling relaxed but at the same time invigorated. I would highly recommend hiring Debbie and her team.

I met Debbie at a Headteachers conference and booked her for our September inset day. She organised sessions for my staff which included reflexology, head massage and colour consultant. All staff had a half hour session which one of the therapists and all enjoyed the experience and professionalism of the team. One member of staff subsequently had follow up sessions of reflexology which has greatly helped her. As an exercise in focusing on the staff wellbeing I felt that Debbie's contribution was vital in recognising the importance we place on our staff. This helped to further develop relationships and professional confidence and I would recommend it to any school.

I just wanted to say a very big thank you for the Wellbeing Event which you organised at our school. This is the second event we have held. The whole package was very professionally organised and all staff really appreciated the opportunity of having treatments and a presentation on style and colour. Staff felt really valued and have already asked when we having another event.

Debbie regularly provides training opportunities to promote health and wellbeing for all our staff as part of Healthy schools. Both teaching and non-teaching staff benefit from the vast range of activities she is able to offer to support healthy lifestyles. Debbie plays a key role in developing social and emotional aspects of learning (SEAL) the only secondary tracker school in the south of England. Debbie is very well prepared and engages staff well in stress awareness and strategies to cope with pressures in today's school.

My 6 weekly treat .... but necessary! After a very therapeutic session I really feel relaxed and exhilarated all at the same time. I feel that I have had a physical and mental work-out which is so important in my profession. I'm often running on empty so this gives me time to redress the balance. Debs knows more about my well-being than I do! I would highly recommend this therapy and I would definitely enjoy these sessions on an even more regular basis. I wouldn't feel so balanced in my job without this! I wasn't a sceptic, but willing to try it out and now I wouldn't do without it.

Felpham Community College work/life balance working party recommended a day to encourage staff to focus on the wellbeing as stated in the current policy. Having met Debbie Stevens at the planning for success conference held at Avisford Park in April 2008, the senior leadership team decided to approach Debbie to book a day for ALL staff to take part in a "wellbeing" event. All training at Felpham is open to all staff and feedback from staff is extremely successful, with staff taking away ides to maintain a healthy work life balance.

I am a teacher at St Robert School in Horsham. I met Debbie when she attended our school wellbeing day. I really enjoyed the reflexology session and appreciated the relaxation I felt. During this session Debbie explained to me what she was doing and which parts of the body she was working on when she touched each part of my foot. As Debbie worked on me she paid particular attention to my ovaries....I didn't think much of it at the time. When I fell pregnant I thought of Debbie and wondered whether she had any influence. Debbie said to me that if I had any troubles during my pregnancy to call her. Right at the end of my pregnancy I was told I had preeclampsia. The hospital wanted to induce me but I was not happy about the idea so I contacted Debbie. I had two sessions with Debbie and how I felt after the sessions was remarkable. She gave me a little stone to hold onto in Labour to help me breathe and stay clam. I had a beautiful baby boy but panic broke when someone spotted a little purple stone on the bed. Had they stitched me up with a necklace inside me? I explained and we all broke out into laughter. I really appreciated the reflexology I received from Debbie and will always be grateful to her. I would recommend Debbie to all of my friends.

Debbie has supported students in secondary schools by working directly with them in workshops and in the classroom. She obviously has an excellent rapport with them and is both professional and caring. Debbie rarely says no when asked to participate. The EBP and its partner schools are extremely grateful to her for her continued support and enthusiasm. On a personal note I thoroughly enjoy working with Debbie. She is always positive , happy to take part and willing to try something new.

Thank you so much for the fantastic morning yesterday. The girls thoroughly enjoyed their manicures, pedicures, facials and reflexology. It was just the thing to keep them relaxed and not stressed before out internal exam week. Please thank the team for us it was a perfect morning. The colour and style workshops went down very well and really inspired the girls for their next session of retail therapy. The whole pamper session was such a success that the girls would like to make it a regular event not just the weekend before their exams.

Thank you very much for organising with your therapists a wellbeing day for my staff. Everyone enjoyed the day. The workshops were informative and interesting. The opportunity to have "time out" with each other and a bit of pampering gave us all a relaxing start to the new term. The reflexology hand chart will be displayed in the staffroom, and already staff are re-thinking their colour wardrobes. I am sure the positive impact of the day will remain with us for some time.
