"I first met Debbie Stevens and her team at the Succession Planning marketplace at Avisford Park. I was impressed with the range of skills the team could deliver and the philosophy of focussing on staff well being. I booked Debbie to come to our September inset day and she organised sessions for my staff which included reflexology, head massage and colour consultant. All staff had a half hour session with one therapist and all enjoyed the experience and professionalism of the team. One member of staff subsequently had follow up sessions of reflexology which has greatly helped her. As an exercise in focussing on staff well being I felt that Debbie’s contribution was vital in recognising the importance we place on our staff. This helped to further develop relationships and professional confidence and I would recommend it to any school."
