Our Wellbeing Treatments

We offer a wide range of wellbeing treatments, including:

Advanced Reflexology
The earliest records of Reflexology have been recorded in 2300 BC, when drawings were discovered inside an Egyptian tomb.  It has been adapted over many years by the Chinese, Japanese, Russians and Africans. Mrs Doreen Bayly introduced Reflexology to the UK in the early 1960s and in 1978 she founded the first school of Reflexology.

Reflexology is a popular and relaxing holistic treatment based on the principle that reflex points on the hands and feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body.

It is a gentle and soothing massage of the hands and feet through which the energy channels and body systems can be reached. It has a balancing, relaxing and healing effect on the whole person.  It has a balancing, relaxing and healing effect on the whole person and is proven in the treatment of:

  • Back problems
  • Digestive disorders

Massage (aromatherapy, indian head and body massage)
Massage is the treatment and practice of manipulation of the soft body tissues with physical, functional, and in some cases psychological purposes and goals. Massage involves acting and manipulating the patient's body with pressure, tension, motion, or vibration done manually or with mechanical aids.
